Room size is big compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. Housekeeping staff are exceptionally nice, thanks Coco for coordinating to accommodate my different needs, Saeheng Supapom for doing the cleaning of the room, and Feng Ping as well.
This is the message I sent to their manager in appreciation : "I stayed in your room number 3708 last week. My colleague stayed at 3704. We had a very good stay. I want to express my gratitude to some of your staff in particular. Before I do, I want to say I have built and operated hotels in Asia for 11 years. And as I showed Ms, Tinnie I have 600,000 miles remaining on my American Airlines and Delta Airlines loyalty programs. So I am a frequent traveler and know a bit about the industry. For ordinary business trips a clean, mid-scale hotel is all I need. Your hotel is great. 1- Miss Hailey at the Front Desk was professional, full of smiles and attentive at all times. She even emerged in the midst of her lunch break period to help us, after she saw my elderly corporate director at the counter. I appreciate her. She explained things to me clearly so that I was not lost in the big hotel. Once I arrived to find over 200 waiting for the elevators. She quietly pointed me to another lady in the lobby who sent me and some other guests up the service elevator. 2- Norman at the Reservation phone line was extremely helpful and most kind. I informed him that I had no internet access at the time I called to make the reservation. He did all the work for me and completed my reservation on the phone. He was patient and courteous and did what he could to attract our business. I appreciate that kind of service. His great service in our initial call led me to express interest in the establishment of a corporate account. I honor Norman. 3- Miss Suki was the housekeeper for my room. I usually keep my room tidy but Suki did not just change the towels and bed sheets, she really went the extra mile and organized everything and cleaned everything better than you see in most hotels. For example Suki kindly folded a white T-shirt that I had inadvertently left on my white bed, wiped the cookie crumbs from my laptop cover and always placed my slippers perfectly paired at entrance. These little gestures make the difference between a mediocre job and a perfect job for a housekeeper. She is doing a very nearly perfect job (what is lacking needs management involvement and I have written separately about that). There was no soap scum in the shower or bath tub. The points of contact were all shiny clean. The remote and cups in the bathroom had been wiped (Yes some of us do notice). The floors were clean. There was no hair or toothpaste splashes in the bathroom area. The toilet was wiped clean everyday! The mini-fridge was clean. That large glass shower enclosure (beautiful !) was wiped clean and shiny when I got back to my room. I did not find dust atop of any horizontal surfaces. This lady is doing an incredible job and should be rewarded and maybe assigned to train others. 4- Gary, the concierge, and his partner Victor are overloaded with work. Gary maintained full awareness of the guests that were waiting for service and he would multi-task responding to impatient (and sometimes rude) guests who tried to interrupt him as he tagged hundreds of left-baggage. Gary still answered those impatient guests with a smile. I asked him for information several times and by the third visit I had renamed him Mr. Google because of the precise and accurate information he would give every time and without fail. The team is very helpful. 5- Last but not least: Ms. Tinnie Chan, the Sales Manager of your hotel, is a respectable, elegant lady and an outstanding Ambassador for your group. She hurried down to the lobby when I introduced myself to Miss Hailey and expressed interest in setting up a corporate account. She brought with her a bundle of flyers and documents so that all my questions were answered in our first face to face meeting (I am keeping those in a file in my office). She kindly offered to complete our corporate application. On my last day of stay, Miss Chan gave me a tour of the different types of rooms you have. She communicated clearly and came across as sincere and trustworthy whilst maintaining a professional poise. She must be crowned the Adorable Queen of Nina Hotel. I look forward to my next stay."…
All dim sum are cost valuable , for $36 each but are fresh and hot enough ! The hostess and all the server are providing good service. Between each table it need to have 1.5 meter distance so it feel so comfortable for my whole dining period .
This hotel has a great location, next to many shopping malls and convenient rooms. Good service I felt like and impressed. Lovely room cleaner named Huang Ying, guest room and CoCo Guest Service Amdessador
謝先生came to my room at the shortest time when I reported that the safe in my room was not working. Within 3 min. he corrected the problem and apologize on behave of the hotel for inconvenienced me. I just thought Mr. 謝attitude is excellent in the hospitality industry man like him is hard to find. In addition to Mr. 謝the whole team of 68 floor staff from the supervisor Ms. Gigi and my room attendant Gun Duo helped me in the best of their capacities in getting everything I requested like putting a desk lamp on my desk. Kept asking whether anything else they could serve me. I felt like I’m in a top resort hotel environment.
