Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.

Me and my husband were having a staycation in March, due to the situation, I was asking if they can offer parking space instead, Jimmy, Leo,Maurice and Gary were so nice to us, offered the comp parking and we can avoid to taking the public transportation. We are surprised that they recognize us everytime we walked by by calling our name. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are too bored to stay home. We will be back! Thank you everyone.

We got married at the St. Regis Hong Kong in March 2020. To many including my wife and myself, this year was thought to be a year of double happiness and is perfect for weddings. How 2020 started had caught us off guard but we feel blissful to have overcome the challenges and started our newly-wedded life last month. I would like to thank Mr. Flint and his professional and passionate team at the St. Regis Hong Kong for giving us tremendous support and they have been crucial to our successful and seamless wedding under the circumstances. His team includes Maggie and Jennifer who first showed us the venue back in 2018 and gave us the confidence to choose the St. Regis Hong Kong as our wedding venue before it was open. I also wish to thank: Yonnie and Karina from the Catering & Events team The banquet team including Kevin and Alex The F&B and in-room dining team including Edmond and Gerald The whole butler team including Karry and Jimmy And Jessica for taking such a good care of my wife on our big day I recommend the hotel and the team for their meticulous and uncompromising service. The hotel truly is the best address in town.

Stayed for three nights together with my little son. Room is very spacious, love the bathroom, bed and bedding super comfortable. The staff and quality of service were exceptional, professional and very attentive.   Breakfast at “RUN” was amazing, Abalone Chicken Congee and dim sum food 👍👍 so great. We will definitely come again. We had a wonderful afternoon tea time at The Drawing room, excellent service and fantastic food.   We want to make special mention to these people who made our stay memorable. Thank you very much to Jimmy & Carmen – Butler team, Dion and her House Keeping team, Garry & the Concierge team.   In the meantime, I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Daphne, Director of Rooms for taking care of us in the most welcoming way.   St. Regis HK has perfectly demonstrated the quality and value of a six-star hotel. This is year of Coronavirus, we cannot travel to anywhere abroad to celebrate the birthday for my love. I made decision to spend our precious moment in a luxury hotel. And St. Regis is my first choice. We’ve reserved the St. Regis Suite and our dinner in L’Envol. At the reservation time I’ve already inform hotel for my purpose and the name of my wife. The check in process is smooth and quick. My wife being first surprised to the decoration of in the room with birthday balloon, celebration postcards, beautiful mini cakes, chocolate, a gift and a bottle of champagne. The design of the room is home-warming with selection furnitures. Everything are in very good condition. All tools provided in the bathroom are in highest quality, including the Dyson hair dryer. We have enjoyed our dinner in L’Envol at 3/F floor. The food is wonderful at top level servicing. I texted my bugler when we are finishing our dinner. Then we have the bubble bath ready in our room just when we back from dinner. We can feel all the staff in it are serving us with heart and their professional. We definitely will come back in future.
