Tsim Sha Tsui
Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a busy and bustling neighbourhood that never sleeps. On the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an abundant number of high-end retail stores selling designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also contains a diverse range of attractions for the entire family. Whether taking a walk in Kowloon Park, exploring museums, going shopping or grabbing a bite to eat – Tsim Sha Tsui has something for everyone.

We had a wonderful one night stay at The Rosewood as a staycation. We had booked a deal which included club lounge access, and a dinner voucher. When we arrived we were served an amazing afternoon tea with champagne, we also enjoyed cocktails in the evening in the Manor Club which has extraordinary views over the harbour. Our room was the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in - it was spacious, so comfortably furnished and relaxing. It had a huge window with views over the harbour. The bathroom was huge and so luxurious with a double shower, dressing table, his and hers sinks, a huge bath. The staff really went above and beyond - they made every interaction a delight, were so friendly and welcoming, happy to help with any request. It was a very special stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a short stay as a way to treat yourself and “escape” without leaving Hong Kong.

We had an amazing staycation and my birthday celebration at Rosewood. It is absolutely a beautiful luxury hotel, love the art and design there. Room with the stunning harbour view, the bathroom, the deco, the amenities, it is prefect! Staff there were very friendly and heartwarming. Everyone greeted us by name and saying Happy Birthday to me. Big thanks to Guest Relations team. Thank you Karly who arranged everything for us and upgraded us to Grand Harbour room and the champagne! Thanks Vivien for escorting us to the room and showing us the room, also stopping by at our dinner to ensure everything is good. We had my birthday dinner at Henry. Our server Chris was helpful and exceptional. His service actually helped us to enjoy our time in the restaurant. Also thank you Jennifer at the Manor Club for helping us on things we needed. And the server at the club who served us at midnight and afternoon tea. I appreciate your kindness. The whole experience was very impressive and memorable. Will definitely revisit for other occasions. Thank you everyone!

Great view of the Victoria Harbour in a grand suite situated at the corner of the building. Excellent amenities and very friendly staff, with lots of detailed design in the suite to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay. Was told that the hotel is actually pet friendly, which i think adds further merit to the hotel. The club served delicious cocktails and canapés. Had a relaxing late afternoon with my wife. Should try fried noodles for breakfast! Hope to be able to try out the spa and other amenities if conditions permit. Would definitely take another stacation at this wonderful and posh hotel!

In January, before the onset of this Covid19 situation, my husband and I were fortunate enough to start our month long SE Asia vacation with a stay at the Rosewood. We arrived around 9PM and were greeted warmly by Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Vivien Li. She escorted us upstairs to the Manor Club on the 40th floor to be checked in with a glass of wine and snacks overlooking a glorious view of the harbor. We had reserved a harbor view room with club access and it was well worth it. At the club, Vicky, was our concierge and explained all the benefits including an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning with western and eastern dishes, a cocktail hour and afternoon tea. Once checked in, Vicky asked if we would like to go to dinner or order room service. We choose the latter and she took our order before she took us to our room which was on the 36th floor and faced out onto Victoria Harbor. The room was immaculate and spacious. There were welcome gourmet chocolates waiting for us. Once settled in, room service arrived. My husband ordered a burger and I had the most delicious braised tofu with mushrooms (maybe ever). During our stay we had one incredible service experience after another. Because of the Manor Club, we didn't experience the other restaurants other than lunch one day on the balcony of Bayfare Social. Food was delicious. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel. On the Kowloon side, it is easy to walk to the Museum, great shopping and many restaurants. It is an easy ride over to the Hong Kong side but also feels more relaxing than the crowded bustle of downtown Hong Kong. This hotel is the epitome of what a luxury stay should be.
