We really enjoyed visiting this neighbourhood in Hong Kong - it was a little grimier (and I say that in a good way) and had more of an authentic, less touristy feel to it. You can come here to shop, but we just wandered around the wet markets and also visited a few famous places

Decided to step back in time and visit this part of Hong Kong. You need to take the MTR to Sham Shui Po station exit at B. You will be greeted by old buildings that are typically Hong Kong. There are lots of eateries there. Visited a market while I was there. An eye opener

Spent an hour or so hunting fabrics. There is so much to see and buy. Prices are cheap for fabrics. You really have to look. Found some great linens for a great price. Buttons galore! Ribbons! Even found some leather. A must see when in Hong Kong.
